company has contacted me and fixed the issue ...

Company has kindly contacted me and agreed to refund my original purchase for the first defective item and has also offered to send out a new vest for the second faulty item. My only continued concern is if the new vest will fit the current battery as we have had issues with this is the past. Company let me know that they were aware of that issue and have now "fixed the ports". As i mention, I do love the vest when it works properly...it is very helpful for neck and back pain so fingers crossed!I purchased the neck wrap two times now because when it actually works; it is wonderful. However, the first one i bought, the battery charge unit was not charging any longer. I bought the replacement battery they recommend for the unit for $30 but that did not fit the port of the neck vest. I contacted the store; they could not help me because it was outside the return window. They gave me $10 credit to try another $30 replacement battery; this one also did not fit the port in the neck vest. i asked them to send me a replacement vest that the battery would actually connect to and they would not. So, I proceeded to buy a whole new unit (vest with battery).Now, the magnetic button that holds the 2nd vest together on the neck wrap has fallen off. I contacted the company directly through their customer service email last week with no response. I really like this product when it actually works but those times have been few and far between. The seller also has poor customer service as demonstrated in their unwillingness to help me with their defective product

Very comfortable

This is a very comfortable wrap. I can heat up my lower neck and upper back and shoulders. I love that it has an included battery option and I’m not stuck with a cord attached to me. It did come with a euro plug so you might want an adapter if you are in the US. I’m happy with my purchase. I will update on battery life and after I wash it later.
